HI, I'M CAT.
Town Planner. Huge fan of the Northern Territory. Here to help with all your planning and development needs.
I am a qualified Urban and Regional town planner and I have a wealth of planning and development industry experience in NT and across Australia in the private, Territory government and local government sectors. My experience includes town planning and development assessment, project management and project facilitation. I specialise in development applications, project feasibility assessments and multi-disciplinary collaborations of significant development projects.
I provide development application advice on a range of residential, industrial and commercial projects. My technical skill and broad knowledge of the planning scene across Australia, assists my clients to achieve desired project deliverables and innovative planning solutions.
Fun Fact No. 1: I am the current Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Northern Territory. I love my role and the opportunities it presents.
Fun Fact No. 2: I am also the current Vice President of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) - Northern Territory Division, having previously been President from 2019-2021. Staying involved in the planning sector is an important part of my job.

STATUTORY PLANNING.
Statutory Planning is the part of the town planning process that is concerned with the regulation and management of changes to land use and development. This includes development applications, subdivisions and more. If what you need has anything to do with statutory planning approvals, this is right up my alley.
STRATEGIC PLANNING.
Strategic planning often refers to policies, area plans, planning scheme amendments and the like. I have extensive experience in this area and have worked on various strategic planning projects over the last 11 years.
FEASIBILITY & DUE DILIGENCE REPORTS.
Determining whether or not your project is conceptually, financially, physically feasible is a crucial first step in any project. My extensive town planning experience allows me to conduct a complete feasibility study of all planning aspects of your project prior to, or at, concept design stage.
COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS AND TENDERS.
Teamwork makes the dream work. Working in collaboration with a team allows for strong individual skill sets to be utilised to produce the best results for clients.
